Three of them: Glomerulonephritis 
systemic lupus erythematosus 
type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Possibly: If you have Bright's disease then it is best you see you Nephrologist or get a referral from you Primary care physician

Yes: Kidney stones cause kidney damage in two ways, one by increasing the risk of urinary tract infections and two, by blocking the flow of urine and causing pressure back-up and damage.  It is important to find out the make up of the stones, such as uric acid stones, calcium stones, etc.  Treatment to prevent recurrent stones will depend on the underlying reason for stones, including hydration.

Nephrologist: And possibly urologist for kidney stones depending on size and location of kidney stones. A nephrologist should be ideally involved first. Best to further coordinate referrals will be your GP.

No: There is no reason you cannot have both kidney stones and an autoimmune disease. Stay well-hydrated and if you pass a stone, be sure to have your doctor send it for analysis. Mctd is usually diagnosed when an unusual case of lupus has a high anti-u1rnp, and it can be quite troublesome. Best wishes.

what are some reasons that your spleen would be enlarged?  i have celiacs disease and just recently had a kidney stone  would that cause spleen issue

Maybe celiac: Typical reasons for having an enlarged spleen:
- mononucleosis (a viral illness commonly called "mono"
- clot in the spleen's vein
- liver disease
- certain types of lymphoma
i don't think a kidney stone can cause an enlarged spleen.  Celiac disease doesn't directly cause an enlarged spleen, but patients with celiac can have other blood diseases which are associated with an enlarged spleen.

Kidney stones: No but they can occur together. Cysts in the kidneys are not necessarily polycystic kidneys which is an inherited familiar disease.

Kidney disease: Most kidney disease and kidney failure comes from longstanding, poorly controlled high blood pressure and/or diabetes.  Both of these diseases and chronic kidney disease can run in families.  Nowaadays, it is rare for kidney stones by themselves to cause kidney failure. Regardless, it is a good reminder to carefully control high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney stones and kidney disease.

Not really: "Kidney disease" usually means actual long-term damage to the filters or tubules. Kidney stones can cause tubular damage if the kidneys get infected as a result. Your best move is to drink plenty of water, enough so your urine is never dark but always near-clear. Specific stone compositions have specific regimens that may help.
