1.5 weeks ago i awoke to a cluster of 15 red, itchy bumps on arm. since then, awake with 1-3 new itchy bumps on both arms. some red, skin colored, or clustered. now i have a red, smelly rash on buttcrack. related? immune issue? derm dr not available?

: There is no way to diagnose this issue without seeing it. However, the rash on the buttock could be a fungal rash and an anti-fungal cream may be helpful. The can be obtained over the counter-ask your pharmacist. If this doesn’t help, see your doctor. Good luck to you!

Acute Urticaria: Control it with oral antihistamines. What type of auto-immune urticaria? Anti-thyroid type or more serious? The main thing is oral non-sedating antihistamines (double to triple the dose) to decrease the itch and it is safe to use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bedtime to help her sleep and cut down the itch. If not gone in 6 weeks, see ur allergist.

Topical steroids : Topical corticosteriods can thin skin if you are using these to treat rashes.  Autoimmune diseases do not typically cause wrinkles. However; severe stress from any chronic severe disease can age a person.

can anxiety cause lightheaded dizzy feeling daily sometimes with a swaying feeling and head zaps, had off n on since 2008 just had a lot of blood work even for auto immune all lab work is good, worried inner ear or neuro issues thank you?any advice?

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Arm &amp; leg pains: If you've been evaluated by a rheumatologist and autoimmune disease has been effectively ruled out, I would consider fibromyalgia as a possible cause of your symptoms. Are you aware of any tender points in your body? Another possibility is a variant of restless leg syndrome. Do you get relief on moving? I recommend consulting a rheumatologist but if you've already seen one, revisit him/her.

Could be: These chronic symptoms are concerning enough to warrant further evaluation. See your primary doctor to discuss all your concerns and symptoms. At that point screening labs for autoimmune conditions can be drawn and a referral to a rheumatologist can be made if indicated.
