Simple test: It is a simple, non-invasive (no needles) test that uses ultrasound sent from the surface of the chest into the heart tissues and receives back the "echo" of the sound making an image that the doctors interpret.

Not exactly: Sure what you mean.  As the composition of the ingredients used and techniques used to prepare the ingredients determine the amount of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in food.

Very high: You can try a trial of vegetarian food, if you're not already doing that - otherwise you won't be able to reduce the LDL unless you use meds. Medication still isn't indicated unless you have a history of atherosclerotic disease or smoke or have diabetes. HBP and Family history could sway the decision too.

Serial Imaging : Your MRI could be consistent with low grade neoplasm or a benign finding. The best option in these cases where it is unclear is to follow the area closely with repeat MRI at say 3 month intervals.  If this is benign it will stay the same. If it grows it is likely a neoplasm.

mri done showing 4th ventricle well defined small enhancing tissue lesion with no appreciable hydrocephalic changes. mrs exam shows elevated cho peak, reduced naa peak and increased cho/cr. opinion is that it's likely neoplastic. what does this mean?

: Truly not feasible to comment accurately about unseen studies.  But your concern would be appropriate due to the term "neoplastic" which implies an area of abnormal growth such as a tumor.  You should discuss in detail with the radiologist and your doctor.  A neurosurgical consultation would be helpful as the next step.

Yes: Your b.P. May fluctuate throughout the day and depends on several factors.  The first order is to repeat the b.P. At a separate visit, to ensure it was not simply elevated that single time.
If the second b.P. Check is high, there's still a good chance that diet and exercise can help you avoid needing medications.
See your doctor regularly and make sure he considers "secondary" causes of high b.P.

If : If those are your levels before taking any medication and there is no premature heart disease in your family and you have no high blood pressure or diabetes or heart disease or history of stroke you do not need treatment. Some people have a high HDL cholesterol and still get heart problems. But in general, an HDL level above 60 is associated with a lower risk of heart disease. Most experts do not use ratios now but look at non-hdl cholesterol (total minus the hdl) and the levels of LDL cholesterol. You appear to not need any lipid therapy with those levels.

Not normal!: It is not normal to have a fever this late and worsening pain. Call your surgeon right now or go to an ER.

: You would need a prescription for Statin. You may not need statin if you could improve your health through diet and exercise. One should be treating a person not laboratory values. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an assessment and management of your treatment.

i have been having a lot of excessive sweating. does this mean my arteries are clogged?? my hdl is severely low. how do i get it up??

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, as you noted your HDL is very low, however, it is not practical to address this issue on this forum.
