These can cause discomfort, pain, get infected, become a fistula and can lead to more problematic complications. Any general surgeon can take of this problem, usually in the or with no overnight stay required. Some fp's & gp's have also learned to manage these when access to a surgeon is limited or not possible.

Thalomid is not as g: Thalomid has been tested in mds and has minimal, if any activioty. So Revlimid (lenalidomide) is the best drug for this type of mds.

i think i may have the rare skin condition called peli multigemini and im really scared and concerned. how do i know that i have this and is it harmful?

Usually not harmful: This is a rare condition usually effecting children and adult males (along the chin). You can try plucking them yourself, but it is best to see a dermatologist who may suggest laser treatment. In order to name this malady you must have already seen a MD. It is genetic. Anyone else in your family afflicted?

Depends on use: I had some trouble understanding your question, particularly your frequency and intensity of mj use. Urine tests for cannabinoids (active ingredient in marijuana) remain positive after discontinuation of use for up to 7 to 10 days in a casual cannabis user. The test may remain positive for two to four weeks in a heavy user and for months in a chronic heavy user.

Strokes : Strokes can be caused by either a clot or a bleed in the brain. When your father presented in the er with symptoms of a stroke, the following factors would have been considered prior to treating a stroke: last known well (lkw) - the time he started showing signs of stroke, results of a brain cat scan and determination of type of stroke.
Time is of essence when treating a stroke. If the stroke is related to a clot, there is a window of opportunity (typically withing 2-3 hours of lkw) where the drugs given to treat stroke can be given and be effective. If this window of opportuity is missed, then the drug cannot be given. There are procedures that can be done to remove clots during stroke. It does not sound like that route was taken. 
Also, it is always recommended that when stroke symptoms are observed, to call 911. Time is saved when 911 is called, as opposed to driving your loved one yourself.
Talk to your doctor about the events that occurred in the ed to answer your questions. It is recommended that you review your father's medical record with the doctor to understand why he/she made certain medical decisions. It is also appropriate to call the risk management department of the hospital as they can help facilitate medical review.

Rest first: The first thing you need is some rest.   At your age though, you need to keep moving the shoulder, but not so much as to exacerbate the injury.  Your orhtopod and therapist can best determine just how much you can push it, and your job sounds like it may be excessive, at this point.

Evaluate and Treat: Fever in AML is very serious. While various drugs (acetaminophen, steroids) can reduce the fever, the fever needs to be evaluated and treated aggressively.
