Depends on use: I had some trouble understanding your question, particularly your frequency and intensity of mj use. Urine tests for cannabinoids (active ingredient in marijuana) remain positive after discontinuation of use for up to 7 to 10 days in a casual cannabis user. The test may remain positive for two to four weeks in a heavy user and for months in a chronic heavy user.

You might not be: Depending on how often you've been using, your urine may remain positive for thc for up to 100 days. Please share this with your physicians so they can be aware and monitoring your baby's safety. I'm glad if you decided to stop smoking completely. That's the best thing you can do for you & your baby.

Things to consider: If you have been smoking MJ during pregnancy after 20 wks or so I can fined evidence in baby if I look. The reduced head size and weight are not specific findings but will likely be present. If you are on a CPS watch list or are visited by pot smoking friends that look it, expect a close evaluation. Your pee may be clean, but baby contains all the evidence needed.
