my septum has suddenly become very sore with a constant dull ache. currently use fluticasone since septoplasty on 19th aug. is this normal?

Nasal steroids : You are far out from surgery now, the septum should not be sensitive from the surgery. It may be the fluticasone causing the problem. It can cause nasal irritation and mucosal erosions with bleeding. I suggest you back off on the fluticasone for now and see your ENT  soon to check things out. You don't want a septal perforation or hole from the combination of recent surgery and nasal steroids.

a cataract surgery was performed in aug/sept 2011. my eyes are always tired and i look tired too. yes, i use drops for dryness. i am frustrated. help!?

Other problems: You can have other medical problems, which could contribute to your tiredness. See you primary care physician for full examination.

i had unprotected sex on 28 of aug, am to see my monthly flow on 6th of sep, but haven't seen it yet.... though have not confirmed if it pregnancy or not, which drug will you prescribe for me to use so i can see my period?????

Alcohol: You should not have more than 1 drink a  night at best. In the short term you may not have any changes that are noticable, but long gterm you are setting yourelf up for trouble.

i was prescribe betamethasone dip aug 0.05 for a painful allergic reaction to nails gel product . i was to use for 14days how ever after 9days the symptoms clear but now my hands are very dry after using ointment , will my hands return to normal ?

: Yes, the skin regenerates on a regular basis. Use some moisturization, and give it some time.

i had breast aug surgery on wed. my doc didn't use drains and i've been on antibiotics (zinnat) and my last dose will be tomorrow night. i have a 38 degree temp and i'm nauseous. do i have an infection?

With a lot of help: Cpap, which stands for continuous positive airway pressure delivers warm, humidified air through the nose or mouth and pneumatically splints the airway preventing closure during sleep. CPAP can now be used with a large variety of masks. Most importantly, finding a trusted doctor and company who furnishes these machines will ensure initial education and close  follow up to trouble shoot problems.
