Avoid "fat burners": Our bodies like to use glucose (our main fuel), which comes from the food in the stomach and small intestine, and from the liver (where glucose is stored in a starch form called glycogen). As long as one is NOT eating enough to supply glucose to his cells, his liver will run low on glucose/glycogen, and his body will burn fuels like fat to keep his cells working. Eat less and  exercise more.

Fat Burner: I wish there was a "fat burner", but you are the only "furnace" you have. Exercise is a great fat burner, but realistically, it takes at least an hour of "sweating" exercise a day to make a quick difference in body fat--and that is with eating less food.  Bariatric physicians know that the main way to lose weight is less intake of food..  Exercise is important, but even more so for maintenance.

i am on qlaira contraceptive. there is a natural fat burner called summer slim burn. if i take this, would it cause my contraceptive to become ineffective?

: No, but it may kill you as may many supplements also known as Snake Oil. Beware of all supplements. You may end up in a coffin which I consider as not safe.

Hard to believe.: It's all hype.  Fat burners generally contain stimulants which will raise your metabolism much like coffee. This is short lived.  If there were a magic bullet it would be obvious and everyone would be using it.  Maybe we wouldn't have an obesity epidemic.
