i have athletes foot with a layer of blisters. i popped the first and the one under and when i popped that there was some blood in it. but there's another deep one under that, that appears to be mostly blood. it really hurts. how do i treat at home?

OTC Fungal Cream: If this is atheletes foot you can try over the counter medications targeted for Athletes foot.  They come in cream form.  Ask your pharmacist if you need help.  Or you can visit a doctor and get a prescription

Probably: Most likely you do have an athlete's foot infection which is a fungal infection,  however, you have a superimposed bacterial infection which could develop pus and must be treated with antibiotics, especially if you have diabetes.  You should have it checked.

Wrong diagnosis: "Athlete foot" generally refers to fungus infection. It is very unlikely to involve just 1 toe. You will best resolve this by exam at a dermatologist. You need a precise diagnosis so you will know what to expect and how to proceed.

Dysdidrosis?: Likely dyshidrosis, a type of dermatitis. Could be fungal but less likely, however only way to be certain is to get the help of a derm who can do an in office cheap test ( koh) and tell for sure in 5 minutes without guessing.
