Maybe: Depending on whether there has been a recent change in medications, many of the ones you are on can cause headaches, although some, like Lamotrigine and atenolol, can also stop headaches.

You can use either: The atenolol is a "beta blocker" and has no adverse reactions when taken when either OTC pain reliever!

i may be about 3 weeks pregnant- i take 12.5 mg atenolol bid - should i stop its for high hr (pots) did i already harm baby? also had norflex (orphenadrine) & motrin

No: You likely haven't harmed the baby, though you should see doctor and see if has another recommendation.  Most cardiologists are going to recommend metoprolol in pregnancy for elevated heart rate control.  It's in the same class of medications but better for pregnant women.  Make sure you have appointment right away, either with doctor who prescribed you the atenolol, or with an ob/gyn, don't wait!

have multiple heart attacks in family history. taking 25mg atenonlol & 81 mg baby aspirin nightly. can i also take advil or ibuprofen for headaches?

Yes: All anti-inflammatory medications increase risk for a cardiovascular event (mi, stroke, death).  These risk seems to be associated with higher doses.  So it's best if you take the lowest possible dose for a short duration.  The other concern with nsaids and Aspirin is increase risk for GI bleed.  If you have risk factor for this you have to be cautious and may want to take some zantac (ranitidine) with it.

Why not : First, where are you getting dimethyl fumarate, is it a research study?  Not yet on market, but may work well in ms.  Unaware of any bad interaction, but since drug may cause GI distress and so does ibuprofen, each might add to the misery.  Talk to the doc who is provided the agent.

NO MORE THAN 2: Ibuprofen is irritating to the stomach. When you combine it with alchohol it is especially irritating to the lining of the stomach.

i take 1mg clonazepam daily and 50mg of atenolol. want to start coq10. would there be any interactions?will it be beneficial?

There is no actual: scientific studies that concluded CoEnzyme Q10 had long lasting or significant beneficiary effects.  I do not think there are many reported cases of this supplement causing absorption or metabolizing interactions with the medicines you are taking.  So I cannot say for sure if your supplement will be beneficial at all.
