can i take adderall while on atenolol? i take atenolol at night and would take my adderall in the morning ?

: Since I found out there were no interactions between adderall and propranolol some years ago, I assume the same pertains to atenolol which is also a beta blocker like propranolol. Your pharmacist can validate this for you.

Drink Sparingly: Atenolol is almost completely removed by the kidney,  Alcohol is detoxified by the liver(good). One problem is atenolol is really not a 24 hour medication (18-20hours), thus because I presume you are drinking when your atenolol is at a low level, drinking a great deal may increase the chance of abnormal heart beats. It is best not to drink too much. I put patients on 1/2 their atenolol twice a day

Ok: There's no problem taking them on the schedule you're using. Caution must be exercised when wellbutrin (bupropion) and sertaline are used together as the combination can increase serotonin levels. I'm sure your prescriber monitors you for side effects.

Wow! That's a lot: Talk with your doctor about the need for so many psychotropics - the only big interactions are amongst them. The most striking is the Buspar (buspirone) ; trazodone - they can raise the risk of serotonin syndrome when combined.  The atenolol may also duplicate the trazodone effects. Ask if the calcium ; vit d are not counteracting the atenolol. Less may be more in your case!

Probably normal but: What condition you are taking Atenolol. beta lockers does cause some worsening of peripheral vascular disease causing some cool feeling in extremities. but you ar tot young to get PVD. But you may have other conditions which might get worse with beta blockers e.g. Raynaud's disease,anxiety or rarely autonomic nervous syndrome, shy dragon syndrome. you may replaceit with Labetalol.

Yes: It is ok.To drink red wine in the evening, but it is addional calories!

Yes it's ok: There are no known interactions between the medications you list other than when combined they can make you sleepier than with just one of them.

Atenolol: I would call your doctor to see if he wants to reduce dose
