Probably not: In most cases mold will not be a problem for you. You should watch your symptoms, although, some people are more emotional than others and tend to overinterpret their symptoms attributing them to something that they did or ate, while there may be no connection whatsoever. I'd say - what your symptoms. If they are mild and subside on their own, no worries. O/w, see your doctor.

You should be safe: There are many mold species that grow on bread, so the mold may not even produce penicillin. Also, the amount of drug in the mold is relatively low. If you theoretically ate a large chuck of penicillium mold and are allergic to penicillin, you would notice symptoms within minutes to an hour or so. Note: most people told they are "penicillin allergic" are actually not. See your doctor for more info.

Most likely: Most likely should be ok your body likely digested it. Most moldy bread is benign and you wont have any symptoms however few can cause illness. If you start developing cold fever like symptoms then you may want to present to your doctor. Most likely you are fine though. At most you might develop vomiting, diarrhea, upset stomach but this will go away after few days, hydrate. If not go to doctor.

Eating disorder: It sounds like your friend suffers from aorexia nervosa, an eating disorder where people have a distorted body image & feel  overweight even if thin. No one knows the cause but this can be very serious, even life threatening. Your friend needs to see a doctor or therapist who specializes in this. Consider talking to her parents. Probably nothing: Hopefully the acid in your stomach took care of the mold. Unless it was in some huge quantity, I don't think you need to do anything further except monitoring.

Food poisoning: Since you do not feel anything at this time, you do not have to do anything.  But if you start having symptoms then you should see your primary care to assess and they will decide the appropriate management.

Moldy Bread: It is unlikely you will get sick from this. If you do it would be a self limited nausea and perhaps vomiting. Drink some milk and other fluids you should be fine.
