You may want to see: Your doctor about your symptoms to make sure there is not an ulcer or gastritis issue for your back pain in the first place and your doctor may suggest other medication that may be more appropriate for your symptoms especially if the pain may be causing a stress type reaction to your stomach or are you also taking non steroidal anti inflammatories as well which cause GI symptoms in 10% taking them.

NO: Nothing containing aspirin should be given to a child unless prescribed by a cardiologist because of a heart condition or a rheumatologist for autoimmune disorders. Under no other circumstances should anything with aspirin be given.

Explanation : Taking these medications together usually not giving a problems. Possible your condition related not  these medications but your primary reason to take them. Think it over and hydrate yourself and rest.
