NUMB BUTT: A few conditions can cause numbness of the buttocks. Diabetes is one. Injuries, coldness, injury to the nerve going to your butt is another. If it persists, see your doctor.

Elbow pain: Pain on both elbows ? lateral or medial side, Swelling ? aggravated by activities or impaired range of motion? Pain, numbness spread down to fingers could be nerve entrapment( ulnar, median nerve). Fibromyalgia (FM) is possible due to bilateral symmetry of pain (usually 2 cm distal to lateral epicondyle). FM pain usually widespread plus fatigue, depression.. Consult your PCP. Thanks and good luck

Perhaps you have : Postural hypotension, where your blood pressure drops as you sit or stand.  Your doc can check positional readings, and, if you take a variety of meds, doses can be adjusted.

Get it evaluated: There is likely a nerve entrapment, possibly originating in the lower back (sciatica). This needs to be evaluated by a doctor.

Depends: Commonly sciatica due to low back issues such as arthritis or disc herniation compressing the sciatic nerve/branches can manifest itself as thigh numbness. Compression of the nerves in the thigh can also lead to similar symptoms. If symptoms persist or you develop any weakness/paralysis in your lower extremities then seek attention immediately in the er and seek an orthopedic spine surgeon.

my fingers are numb when i wake up. should i be concerned?

Probably not: It usually means you have cut off circulation from sleeping in an odd position; however, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome.  Try wearing a wrist splint at night to keep your wrists from bending while you sleep, and also pillows under your elbows to avoid pressure there.  If it keeps up, see your doctor for testing.
