First: : First: rest assured that the idea that computers can harm your hands is overstated and likely a myth.  The symptoms are nonspecific and it's not clear what you mean by "crack".  There are some common finger conditions that your primary care doctor or a hand surgeon could check you for, and the vast, vast majority are benign.  Remember, pain makes us prepare for the worst because it was an evolutionary advantage to have such a "pain alarm", but just like the smoke alarm in the kitchen, most pain alarms are false alarms. You're going to be able to rely on your hands!

Typically : Typically this is not one thing but a series of separate issues.

However you need a good general physical, bloodwork, checked for gout, diabetes, thyroid disease and general "stuff: first...Then you r physician can start to focus in on these things

for example a neuroma in your foot ( a nerve inflammation between the toes) a trigger finger or post traumatic arthritic joint in your finger, , a rotator cuff issue in your right shoulder

all these things can give you these symptoms,

are you falling part, no...  But welcome to 40 plus year of age

seriously though start with a regular chreck up and go from there.

No benefit: Studies have suggested little benefit from fish oil in this situation. Instead, I urge evaluation by a rheumatologist.

Most commonly PsA!: Psoriatic arthritis would be most likely! but with so many., it is likely inflammatory. See a rheumatologist!

It's uncommon, but..: If you've had a significant injury including a fracture - especially one that extends into the joint, say of the thumb or the bones in the wrist - there might be the beginning of arthritis development.  An xray could help show if there's any arthritis there.  Best of luck!
