CRP?: Best test for inflammation! you should have had that done.  Being b27 negative does not r/o spondyloarthritis, as many docs believe. Not by any stretch.  But if CRP is negative, then issues of hypermobility, weight, and your activities need to be addressed more intensely! i would take an NSAID for pain relief!

Hard = bone soft  =: If you are discussing the curvature  of your spine - this is bone if  it is hard vs a lipoma or  other soft  tissue hump if it is  soft. Your physician can clarify.
