CRP?: Best test for inflammation! you should have had that done. Being b27 negative does not r/o spondyloarthritis, as many docs believe. Not by any stretch. But if CRP is negative, then issues of hypermobility, weight, and your activities need to be addressed more intensely! i would take an NSAID for pain relief!
