Also known as the --: "Fleeting Arthritis", generally refers to Rheumatic fever, where one joint might the site of symptoms for a while, and then some other. Like it might be one knee or ankle, the it affects the other side joints. An Internist or surely a Rheumatologist will help you, in dealing with it. Another cause is Side effect of some Meds like Topamax (topiramate).
