Artery pulsating: If it is not bothering you then forget about it. You decide that it is bothering you enough then go to a facial plastic surgeon.

i have a pulse (for 10 years ) above my upper lip, l get doppler and my doctor said that theres slight dilation in superior labial artery 2mm higher than normal and he advised me to leave it , is it any danger while leaving it ??

Keep on Pulsing.: Pulsing arteries are completely normal and not a concern.  If the arteries become tender, then that would be concerning.  So, no worries and keep pulsing!

Head pain: Get an evaluation.  You could have temporal arteritis, an inflammation which is diagnosed by a blood test (sed rate) and biopsy of the temporal artery on the side of you forehead.

Test?: In general, it is the artery which causes problem However no one can tell for sure without imaging studies.  I wonder if your problem may be a migraine issue causing a throbbing pain . Have you seen your doctor about this?
