: This isn't necessarily abnormal, but it's atypical at your age, especially absence of beard growth. If you have normally developed penis and testicles, normal voice change since adolescence, and normal sexual function (erections etc) and urges, it reduces the chance of a hormonal problem. If still in doubt, see an endocrinologist for professional evaluation. Good luck.

Yes: The presence of body odor, underarm & some genital hair are controlled by the adrenal glands & not directly part of the pubertal hormones. Occurrence of these at 6y is not uncommon.Breast bud development is the first obvious sign of female puberty with an average girl showing breast bud growth by 11  and 13 considered late.

PCOS and acne: First of all, depoprovera is probably the worst birth control for someone with pcos because it is very androgenic.  See if they can switch you to one called mircette (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel).  The Progesterone in Mircette (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel) is much more friendly and helps the acne and hirsutism (hair growth) that are so common with pcos.  In general noerithindrone-like progesterones are very androgenic (testosterone-like) and bad for pcos.

Acanthosis: If the skin in your "underarms" is significantly different (darker, "velvety" in texture = bumpy) then you should see your physician for evaluation. This type of skin change in the neck folds and in the axilla can be indicative of a more serious health issue and needs proper eval. This continues for the most part through life but can slow as we age.
