Explanation : Herpangina occasionally may have skin presentations as single vesicular elements on belly or other location. If you do not have any skin lesions this pain not related to herpangina. If pain will persist you need to see a doctor.

Lymph nodes?: It is always concerning to have swollen lymph nodes so it is important to see your doctor to be sure it is not that. It could also be cysts, or a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (acne inversa). This also requires specialized treatment, so you'll want to see a dermatologist for sure to get a diagnosis and proper therapy.

Get checked: If lymph nodes are enlarged for no apparent reason, and remain that way for any significant duration of time, are hard to the touch, are quite tender, increase in number, or are accompanied by other symptoms it might be a good idea to have a professional examine you.

Bug bites: It would be very helpful to see a picture of the bugs for identification but it is very possible that you are describing bed bugs. They can appear different after a bite. Use anti -itch lotion if needed. You will need to contact pest control.
