every time i swing my arm or pull heavy weights it my arm makes a crunching sound and pulls out of socket . what do you think may be the cause?

Hypermobility Ehlers: You have hypermobility (Ehlers Danlos type III).This has  a genetic background and about  50 % of your  relatives  also have it. You are dislocating your shoulders. You need  physical therapy to strengthen your shoulders  and an evaluation to be certain you have  not had damage. Your  physicians will guide you through this evaluation.

Rotator cuff: If recent onset, a rotator cuff injury is a possibly. If a longstanding problem, arthritis is a common cause of decreased shoulder motion. Have it checked out by an orthopedic surgeon.

Hard to say w/o exam: It's hard to say what is going on without doing an exam, so you should see your doctor in the clinic. I doubt that this is an emergency, as you are able to move your arms and there is no swelling in  your hands, numbness, or loss of sensation. You could have arthritis, or a musculoskeletal injury (rotator cuff muscle / tendon strain) from heavy lifting. Brachial plexus nerve injury is less likely.

3 years ago i subluxed my left shoulder. i re-subluxed it a month ago. now it's taking a long time to heal and cycles from good to bad. when it hurts it feels out of the socket or like it will come out and the arm feels weak?

These injuries range from bony fractures, cartilage, ligament or muscle injuries. Other injuries can involve nerves or blood vessel injuries

i fell today and hurt my elbow. i have a bad scrape and some bruising. im in pain. it feels as if someone is pulling my arm out of socket. help?

my arm just popped out of its socket. this is not the first time i have a history of this happening growing up. i suffer from a joint deficiency problem that i cant remember the technical term at the moment. i popped it back in. what else can i do ?

i have a bulging disc at l5- would that cause my entire left side to be numb/tingly? horrible in arm/hand and my hip socket!  4+ yrs and getting worse

Nope. : Bulging discs are a normal part of aging. And no disc at L5 causes the entire side to be numb. Would suggest you see a neurologist. The problem no doubt lies elsewhere.
