Duh... No : Alcohol can raise blood pressure. High BP can stress your heart. The most common reason for a 22 yo to have a BP problem is fibromuscular dysplasia. Next is a pheo or thyroid disease. Alcohol can cause problems with both . It is also a diuretic.....Usually this is not a problem in a young person. Something is up though...... See a doctor.

Only definitive test: Best option for determining any type of nerve compression neuropathy, no good alternative to determine point of compression. All other studies are just looking at area of potential compression not mapping out the nerves ability to conduct impulses. Do not recommend gin as a sedative. If anxious discuss with the neurologist about some type of appropriate sedative to help you out.

i started with left arm pain for about a month, later i had some neck tension for 2 days, then i had stomach ache, so i stopped drinking soda, a week later, i am having neck tension again and has been a week now of it, what could be the cause?

: There can be many causes most commonly a neck sprain. Try some ibuprofen (on a full stomach) and local heat for a few days. If not better you will have to see a doc for exam and diagnosis

Quit drinking!!: I think your lt arm is telling you to quit drinking. There is no medical reason, that i can think off, to explain this phenomenon. But heed your good left arm, and quit before other parts of your body start rebelling against you as well.

Maybe: Cold weather does effect the body.  Did you overuse the arm shoveling snow, clearing car windshield? If the pain is in the dominant hand, or hand you write with likely due to some new overuse mild strain. If occurs only at night check pillow height, bedding. May be colder while sleeping. Use electric blanket. Since you are young I would suggest some acetaminophen or ibuprofen with food.

Concerned: your symptoms alone  are very concerning, but particularly so given your past medical history.  your sweats and left arm pain. are most concerning for a heart attack. you should seek immediate medical attention, and go to the ER if necessary

Some possibilities: An older teen with new chest pain and arm pain should to go her doctor or the ER to be examined. That means not waiting at home to see if it turns into a bad problem. Lung problems include pleurisy or pneumothorax. Esophageal problems include reflux and esophagitis. Heart problems include rhythm problems, pericarditis, or myocarditis. Heart attacks are rare at that age.

Call an ambulance !: The symptoms you have listed sound like classic Angina symptoms. This means that one of your coronary arteries (blood vessels to your heart) could potentially be blocked and therefore affecting the blood flow to your heart. It could result in you having a heart attack anytime. There could be other less alarming causes for these symptoms but you cannot take a risk and you go to ER without delay

Difficult to say: Based on your description Raynaud's phenomenon/syndrome is a possibility as is radiculopathy (compression of a nerve causing pain, paresthesias and/or weakness).  A thorough physical examination and a detailed history are necessary to confirm a diagnosis.
