Be seen: Most likely cause is a "pinched nerve" in the neck; but particularly if it is in the left side you would want to be seen to rule out a cardiac cause as well

: Does not sound cardiac to me, and more likely you have a left carpal tunnel syndrome or a left C6 nerve involvement.  Followup cervical MRI and a left arm EMG will localize and substantiate severity and provide guide for further intervention.  Talk to your doctor about your heart concerns, unlikely but just to be safe.

Not dangerous: More likely it is pinching of nerve in arm or neck area which occurs by the position of arm or neck. You may see a neurologist.

Radiculopathy: Although there are multiple potential causes, your symptoms are classic for a cervical radiculopathy, which is somewhat of a fancy way to describe a " pinched nerve" in the neck that can then cause pain or numbness down the arm.  I would not hesitate to be seen, many good treatment options available.

Many possibilities: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on a computer, stress at work, etc...  A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms... such as changes in vision and limb paresthesias in this case should be evaluated by one's primary care doctor or the ER.

Arm numbness: Numbness in the arms often occurs from sleeping with the arms bent or working in a job with a lot of repetition. Other frequent causes include spinal stenosis or compression of the spinal cord. Diabetes, low B12 levels, and low thyroid function are common causes too. A neurological evaluation and a nerve conduction test can identify the cause of the numbness.
