Possibly: Areola pigment will usually change color (lighten) after pregnancy but it may take many months and they may not return completely to their original color.

i have brown pigment on my left areola , its not raised , but not sure about it? i also have a mole on inner labia that is not very raised and seems symmetrical

Watch and wait: Brown pigmentation on the areola, even if asymmetric, may be normal. If there are changes, see doctor.
Re mole:  If the mole doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor.

: Did you ask your doctor when she did the breast exam? Google the term "vitiligo", a common cause of patchy loss of skin pigment. It's harmless unless in a cosmetically sensitive location. If that doesn't fit -- or if it does and you remain concerned -- see a dermatologist. In the meantime, this doesn't sound like anything dangerous, like cancer.

: White or light discoloration of skin can be caused by trauma, fungal infection or dryness. It should resolve within a few weeks. See your Dr if it does not resolve in this time period. Cancer of the skin is typically darker and forms a raised mass. Cancer of the breast is usually felt as lumps and does not present as white/light patches.

: It is not likely that this is anything you need to worry about, but without at least a photo and possibly an exam it is impossible to correctly identify what you are looking at. This would be a vanishingly rare and highly unusual presentation for a breast cancer.

how can i lose iris pigment naturally?

Why?: There are some natural conditions with loss of pigment - some extreme like albinos - and some inflammatory conditions as well.  These are not good things.  So why would you want to lose pigment? Is it to alter your eye color?  There is no way to do this naturally or otherwise on purpose.  You can change your eye color with colored contact lenses.

i'm am starting to notice small strands of my hair that are losing pigment, a few might be silver/gray but most just look colorless. i'm early-mid 20s?

Completely: NORMAL  for small strands to turn grey in the twenties and there are cases of premature greyness..

Speak with a Dermatologist if your are worried OR use it as a FASHION STATEMENT!

See your internist for screening blood test for anemia and thyroid associations.
