Sufficiently watered: That means you drank enough water unless: you've been drinking coffee or alcoholic beverages or on a diuretic.  They all cause increase in urine production and artificially clear your urine.

Kidney function: The only sure way to see if your kidneys are working well is by having a blood test to measure your electrolytes, BUN and creatinine levels. A urine analysis is more helpful to detect protein or blood in your urine. If you really want to know how your kidneys are working, see a physician and get those tests ordered.

Need tests: Would recommend starting with a urine analysis. Based on results a fluid deprived test may answer a simple question: are your kidneys able to concentrate urine?
So far it sounds like a diabetes insipidus type of disease.

: Unless you are working exercising in heat and sweating a lot just drink when you are thirsty. No research suggests drinking more improves health. Search pubmed.gov for research articles.

Urine: Nope. Not in any way. That means that the light that hit the urine probably picked up a metabolite that in the right light loos green. Given the clear nature or your urine these stand out colors may be more noticeable.  I would not worry in any way.

No: Looks like you have blood in your urine when you drink a lot of water it gets diluted and then you are unable to see the blood in the urine.If you can see blood in urine, i m sure even after drinking a lot of water and dilution you have microscopic blood in your urine which is called microscopic hematuria and is abnormal.It ll need investigation that where blood is coming from.Contact yr physician.
