Probably not TMJ: Your TMJ is just medial to the tragus of your ear. Your post did not say how long you have this growth or if it increasing in mass, but it should be evaluated by a physician to determine its cause and the proper course of treatment.

is it possible for impacted wisdom teeth or tmj to cause an enlargement of thyroid on one side? its not large enough to be visibly noticeable however?

: No. Teeth nor TMJ affect the thyroid gland. You may have an enlarged lymph gland.

Local myalgia: Presenting symptoms include muscle stiffness, palpable tenderness, and pain with active muscle contractions. Symptoms usually subside within a short period of time without any residual effects.
Rec. See your pcp for physical therapy treatment.

What is question?: The mild elevation of the CRP has little if any clinical relevance. The other values are normal and even if not would have to be interpreted in the context of symptoms and signs of illness. I understand you are depressed and this has probably manifested itself by producing fatigue among other things. See a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. Good luck.

: A painful enlarged lymph node usually indicates an infection. The mouth and that side of the face/neck have to be checked for cause by your MD or by ENT

Look at Ehrler-: Danlos syndrome. There is a wide spectrum of manifestations for this genetic disorder. I don't think hashimoto's is related though.

Pain management: You could be having chronic jaw and neck pain.  I have seen patients having symptoms of head pain which refers to the neck, shoulders and arm and vice versa.  You may require a combination of physical therapy, posture training and short term medications.  If you have been having these problems for a long time, consult the craniofacial pain center at the tufts dental school.

Confirm diagnosis : CCI is a serious condition of hereditary or traumatic origin such as a serious auto collision.
While I have no expertise with CCI, I have spent 45 years treating TMJ and can tell you that any kind of cervical brace will make your TMJ much worse.
If your CCI was diagnosed by a chiropractor, have the condition confirmed by an Orthopaedist. If (s)he does not concur, seek treatment for your TMJ.

Several ways: Seek the care of a TMJ specialist to see what is best for you. For those who can take it, ibuprophen or Aleve (naproxen) can help, but should be discussed with the doctor before taking. Other options are tensing (electrical current), exercises for tmj, or finding the cause and alleviating it to prevent further problems. Talk to your md or TMJ dentist.

Tinnitus: Tinnitus is complicated and you need to be certain if it's caused by tmj. You need a hearing test and further workup by ent. Tmj is treated conservatively by anti inflammatories (which can exacerbate tinnitus)  jaw exercises, night guard and may need evaluation by an oral surgeon
