Avoid pills: Melatonin considered to be safe , but this is natural substance, not a "pill". Daily walks , relaxation exercises, make sure your bed is comfortable... There are special big pillows designed for pregnant- you may look up on-line, which " hugs" you body. Make sure your bedroom is cool, quiet , and dark enough. Avoid browsing the channels , ideally no tv in  the bedroom. Stretching exercises....

No: Alprax (alprazolam) is a benzodiazepine, a class of drug used in the treatment of insomnia and anxiety. Not only is it cat. D (unsafe to take during pregnancy), but also it is addictive and can make you and your baby addicted. This is now what you want. There are much safer alternatives. Talk to your doc about that.

Check the ingredient: I would suggest checking the ingredients and ask your ob/gyn 
benadryl is usually fine.

Hard to sleep : It can be hard to get comfortable during sleep, or anything else for that matter.  Sleeping on your left side is best because baby gets the most blood flow.  Avoid back and obviously your stomach.  
Try a warm bath, warm fruit tea, or a massage before bed to help you sleep. Hope all goes well with you and baby.

Yes: The sensations a  woman feels during early pregnancy range from a subtle tingling in the genital and lower abdominal areas to light cramping.  This can also happen in your breasts.  These are normal.  If they are painful or interfering with your everyday routine, then you should see a health care provider.

Pregnancy risk? : Risk of pregnancy from what is described is minimal. The effect of a progestin only contraceptive (like the mini pill) will not be lost by an interval of only "7 hours".  Take your pills as regularly as possible, as missing too many in a series, may produce ovulation, and pregnancy is of course "possible".

Yes : There is always a chance of pregnancy whenever you take your pills around different time ,but your chance should be very minimal because you took it within 7hours of unprotected sex ,I will advise you to be careful  for future reference .

Yes: metronidazole is commonly used in pregnancy. Try to look into ways of preventing BV. Chronic antiobiotic use can throw your entire digestive/vaginal flora off balance. Probiotics are hotly debated. If you are not eating a diet that supports a balanced bacterial symbiosis, then probiotics are probably useless. Eat a lot of vegetables, beans, whole grains ( i.e. fiber ). BV often associated with sex

Yes: Iron requirements are increased in pregnant women compared to nonpregnant females. All pregnant women should be tested for iron deficiency anemia and treated with supplemental iron if needed. Untreated iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy may be associated with an increased risk of low birth weight. (american college of obstetricians and gynecologists).

is zovirax (acyclovir) safe during pregnancy my ob prescribed for me and im in a middle of a vaginal outbreak but i didn't take any single pill im 14 week pregnant

No adequate studies: Though there are no adequate or well-controlled studies on safety of zovirax (acyclovir) in pregnancy, some studies indicate no association with an increased risk of major birth defects when used in first trimester. Thus Acyclovir should be used during pregnancy only if the benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Please keep in contact with your doctor for continuous care. Take care.
