Aquaphor / Vaseline: I would recommend using topical vaseline petrolatum ointment or aquaphor healing ointment.  These are very safe and will allow the piercings to heal more quickly.

No: If it's freshly pierced, you should clean it with alcohol several times a day and avoid changing it out for at least 4-6 weeks until it's set. Otherwise, you may encounter infection or close up of the hole.

Depends: What is "hot" or not is different for every individual.  Some would find nipple piercing exotic/erotic while others might find it defiles natural breast beauty.  Some might be turned on while others might describe it as mutilation.  Similar with other life choices like tattoos, hair color/style, wardrobe, etc.  You have to feel comfortable with who you are and what you do.

Could be milk: Some of my patients with pierced nipples have a milk discharge (called galactorrhea). Chronic stimulation of the nipple (from the ring or bar) can cause lactation, even when not pregnant.
