Relax: Eating those honey mustard pretzels should be fine as part of a healthy diet, just don't live off them.   Don't overdo it and you will be fine.  Large quantities could potentially cause a miscarriage, but the amounts that you get in a handful or two of pretzels is minor.  Risk of miscarriage is greatest in the first trimester, so if you want to play it safe, wait till you are 12-14 weeks.

Yes, but...: Miracle whip has eggs, corn starch, sugar, oil, and spices... So there isn't anything weird about it. However, it is a dressing, like a sauce or a topping, so it is not healthy for anyone to eat a lot of it.

Sushi &amp; pregnancy.: Sushi should be avoided during pregnancy for two reasons.  (1) risk of bacterial infection complicating the pregnancy.  (2) risk of exposure to mercury complicating the pregnancy.  Certainly not worth the risk during pregnancy.  Cooked sushi or vegetable-only sushi should be fine, but then we'd worry about the person making the sushi having washed his hands after handling raw fish.

Yes, but...: Yes, it's ok to eat spicy foods when pregnant, but since there tends to be more symptoms of reflux during pregnancy, spicy foods will make this worse.

Occasionally: Pop Rocks are a sugary candy, and should be avoided, just like all sugary candies.  Occasionally eating it as a treat is fine.  The carbon dioxide in Pop Rocks, that gives them that sensation, is of no medical importance regardless of whether a person is pregnant or not.

That is too much: Discuss with your OB , your OB can refer u to a pregnancy dietician, and u need to cut down on the carbs and salt , and eat  higher protein, esp at night for dinner at the max wt gain should be 4 pounds in 4 weeks.
