Both bad.: Hate to break it to you, but they're both bad - fried messes. If you're eating fast food, replace these with a side salad for a healthier meal.

Garlic: Lots of folks don't like onions and garlic because of their pungent odor and taste.  No problem.  I suggest you "eat the rainbow."  brightly colored fruits and vegetables can provide a wide spectrum of nutrients.  Peace and good health.

i cutt some onion on bamboo/wooden cutting board due to some health issue left the knife on cutting board after two days my husband cut some fruits on it without washing is it safe?

: There is evidence that cut onions release sulphuric acid which has antibacterial properties but, all bets are off if that cutting board or knife have been contaminated by bacteria. I'd toss the fruits.

May or may not be..: It depends on your body weight and activity level. If you are trying to lose weight, then you are ok with this type of eating for lunch. If you weight is normal or low, then you need to add some starch/carbs to this menu. But what you are eating for lunch is very healthy! so keep it up!
