Green tea: Green tea is generally very safe &amp; has positive effects on health. If you drink five or more cups of caffeinated green tea it can cause an increase in blood pressure for some people, as well as gastrointestinal upset  (nausea or vomiting), irritability or insomnia.  Recommend decaffeinated green tea if pregnant.

Not relevant : There is no reason to increase consumption of these two drinks. Just eat a healthy balanced diet. Milk and juice can be a part of that. They also have a lot of calories and can lead to weight gain.

No clear answer: The original fetal alcohol syndrome cases were found in alcoholic women, many of whom died within a year of giving birth to alcohol related issues.We know alcohol breaks down to formaldehyde & that interferes with fetal development. Affects seem to be dose & time sensitive. As long as you've stopped exposing baby you've done what you can. The effect if any is likely to be minimal.

Too much sugar...: Information online says goya malt doesn't have alcohol but has 41 grams of sugar per serving. That is an enormous amount of sugar, so yes a person "can" drink it, but no a person "should not" drink it. Just drink water or other zero-calorie / low-calorie natural drinks, and eat healthy natural foods. Even non-pregnant people should not be buying any drinks with 41 grams of sugar per serving.

One or two cups of matcha tea taken away from meals should be ok
