Usually not: We don't have a good exp[aination for why, but hormone products usually don't help. I would discuss your symptoms with your family doctor fir the best intervention.

Low dose pills: Low estrogen dose pills provide both contraception and decrease adverse affects, including libido issues.

Any time!: The absolute best time to take a birth control pill is when it's convenient for you to remember! These should be taken relatively at the same time each day, such as before bed, upon waking, etc. If you aren't able to remember daily, set a phone alarm or keep them next to your toothbrush, assuming you brush your teeth once a day. There is no health benefit as far as time of day is concerned.

From what I can: gather in the literature, OC's can affect the thyroid,but I'm not sure it can cause frank hypothyroidism.. I would talk to an Endocrinologist about this.

i took plan b tuesday and am on birth control pills lolo estrogen when i took my white pills yesterday i started to bleed a little bit but not a lot can this be pregnancy? even if im on control?

Unlikely, but...: Taking Plan B or other emergency contraception pills can alter the timing or the quality of the current menstrual cycle and the upcoming cycle. One should check a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after taking Plan B, because emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time but not all of the time.

having anxiety attacks, would lowering my estrogen to
30mcg instead of 35 help?

Not likely: The lowering of dose you describe is not significant. It is possible that the pills aggravate preexisting anxiety. It is unlikely to create anxiety from scratch. However, there are much lower doses than what you described. Ultra low-dose pills have 10 µg, while the NuvaRing (vaginal) is 35% lower than typical low dose 20 µg pills.  It is worth a try.

Side effects: The higher the estrogen the higher the riskd of blood clots, migranes, varicose veins, and breast pains.

Possibly: Depends on how much estrogen, the higher the estrogen the more chance it can enlarge the breats but it can also cause other non desirable effects , you should not be taking bc pills to enlatrge the breast, and at your age the lower the estrogen dose the safer, the lowest combo pill is loloestrin , only 10 mcg estrogen- safer for women in their 40s less chance blood clot , ht attack, stroke.
