Chicken ; others: Lean meats like chicken can be good for you as long as they aren't fried or covered with heavy, fattening sauces.  Broiled, sauteed, grilled, etc are best.  You want to also have plenty of vegetables every day as the bulk of your food.  Healthy fats and complex carbohydrates.  Consistent exercise of your choosing and sleep.  No alcohol or processed foods.   Limit or completely cut out sweets.

Maybe.: They are healthy if the ingredients are fresh and the chicken is well-cooked to an internal temp of 160-170 degrees f.  Also if there is not a lot of msg in it, the food is better tolerated. Some people may develop an adverse reaction to msg including headache, flushing, weakness, tingling, nausea and palpitations. So the answer is they are as healthy as any other food can be.
