: Usually they try to contact the prescriber’s office, most offices are unfortunately closed during weekends. To make sure this is addressed promptly you may need to contact your prescriber’s office as soon as they open Monday morning, have them clarify the order with the pharmacist.

: If you saw one of our Dr's on the Acute care or Primary care options, and the med was not successfully transmitted, First, check your chart. It may  just be waiting for you to confirm the pharmacy. If this is not the case, please call the Help Desk- they will be able to look up your information and talk to one of the Dr's to assist you.

do pharmacies always have some naturopathic medicines?

Yes: Naturopaths claim any product that is not developed through standard fda approved therapeutics as in their domain.  The profitability of these products is not lost on pharmacies and most carry some of them.  They usually do not carry the exotic ones however.

Maybe: Pharmacies generally carry those medications that are used routinely in their particular area. If there is not a high demand, they may not stock. Additionally "more add" drugs will depend on the fda's approval of investigational drugs and the medical community's acceptance.

Help Desk: You can try to call the pharmacy and see if they will transfer the prescription to your correct pharmacy or you can call the HealthTap Help Desk where they can contact your Dr and arrange for a new prescription to be sent to the correct pharmacy. Make sure the correct pharmacy is listed in the patient chart so that you don't have the same problem next time
