: Avoidance of the allergen and immunotherapy may be reviewed with your allergist. Allergy testing by blood test is available.  The skin lesions may be examined by HTMG and your PCP. Avoid direct sunlight, wear a hat and sunscreen.

Psoriasis: Stay away from any harsh things on the skin. Topical Hydrocortisone may help as well as some sun exposure. Many times psoriasis will require prescription medications if you have already been diagnosed with it by your doctor.

No : The dark spot could be a small bleed under the nail but if it does not grow out , seek consultation with a podiatrist or dermatologist.

Face Wash &amp; Toner: Yes, most cosmetics and cleansers have harsh chemicals--especially lipstick which often contains lead. Kalire Labs has products that are purer.  You can do a search.  I don't know about apple cider vinegar.  Consume good fats and oils, i.e., coconut oil and olive oil.  Avoid vegetable oils. Peace and good health.

If apple cider vinegar is in contact with skin of the face for up to 20 seconds, it is likely that there will not be harm.
If it is left for over 2 hours, there may be risk of chemical burn injuries.

Seborrheic dermatitis is an inflammation of the scalp and surrounding skin causing crusty, scaly lesions that may be white, yellow, or red, and may or may not cause extra oil to accumulate and is caused by yeast.. Vinegar has been used to treat yeast.

See a dermatologist: You need to get the correct diagnosis before  geting advice. Ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist. You can try T-gel shampoo until then.
