PCOS and pregnancy: Yes, women with PCOS do get pregnant.  To increase your chance of ovulation if you have PCOS is exercise and weight loss. Exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes; walking, biking, swimming, gym and eat a diet that is a LOW carb diet, for example 45 grams of carbohydates per meal or less. Metformin may help as well.  If several months have passed with no conception, see a fertility specialist.

PCO: If you have PCO, you may well either need metformin and/or clomid (clomiphene) to assist with getting pregnant.  Apple cider vinegar should not cause an issue.

There is no evidence: to show that apple cider vinegar improves chances of becoming pregnant.  Look up how to track your ovulation and thus the time of the month you are most fertile--by having sexual intercourse during those times your chance of becoming pregnant will be increased.  You doctor can help you with this!  Good luck.

: If you are taking a usual mixed diet, a tablespoon of vinegar will not lower your potassium. Incidentally, taking vinegar has not medicinal effect.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

As with everything else in life, too much can become a bad thing. That means a little bit of any vinegar a day might be fine, but taking a lot can hurt the body.

To fix bloating?: Over what period of time have you noted the swelling--minutes or months, and what are your underlying medical problems (alcohol, liver &amp;/or gut disease). As to your question: There is considerable value to probiotics like Acidophilus (see prior HealthTap answers on the subject); not so much with apple cider vinegar, for anything.

Yes, in moderation: Vinegar, including apple cider vinegar, lowers post-prandial glycemia by 20%. This appears to be due to vinegars effect of slowing gastric emptying. Just 2 teaspoons before meals is the effective dose. **Avoid vinegar pills as they have been associated with esophageal injury....their pH and contents are not standardized. Avoid large dose of apple cider vinegar as  it can cause hypokalemia.

Unfortutately not: The claims for apple cider have limited proof, & it is an acidic irritant to the esophagus & interacts with various supplements & medications, leading to low potassium level (hypokalemia) and subsequent risks of: sudden death from abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia), low heart rate (bradycardia) with cardiovascular collapse, acute respiratory failure & death.
