Protein binding: We mostly have information on protein binding of Clonazepam (klonopin) in the context of organ failure compared to normal.  Any Amino Acid you eat, or any protein is usually well regulated by liver and kidneys and likely has little impact on its metabolism as a drug unless you have organ failure and altered protein metabolism.

From : From the perspective of western medicine, there's likely nothing bad about these things in combination.  If you've taken the add med for some time, you already know how it affects you and i wouldn't expect you to feel any differently when using the supplements.  Certainly discuss any sudden changes with your doctor if suddenly your add becomes less well controlled.  My guess is that exercising is something that helps keep your add at bay, and if the supplements are helping with that, it's an ok thing to do.

Now, if you want to get a more specific answer about how these supplements are supposed to work, or how they work in concert with each other, i suggest you consult a certified nutritionist or natropathic practitioner.

Probably not: The medical community is divided on the dangers of Amino Acid and whey protein supplementation.  Some like me, think it may increase risk for cancer and multiple sclerosis. Best to get your protein from healthier, not dispud sources like beans, nuts, seeds, tofu and even wild fish like salmon.

Muscle recovery: Glutamine and BCAAs in whey protein are peptide-bonded amino acids. When ingested, these need to be broken down by digestive enzymes to release these amino acids, therefore take more time before they can appear in the bloodstream.  
Glutamine and BCAA supplements contain AA in the free form. The body does not need to break down any protein to obtain these amino acids (rapidly available).

Healthy diet - whey: Yes, whey is an excellent source of protein. However, don't expect miracles just by adding it to your diet. You need a concerted approach with diet, exercise including weight training, and avoidance of certain pitfalls (binge eating, alcohol, junk food) to try and lose body fat. Eat more calories in the a.m., less at night too. A study showed you can eat the same amount, but different times =loss.

Yes, all protein: Whey is a milk based protein that can contribute to weight gain like other proteins: beef, fish, poultry, eggs, etc. To gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn. Go online to figure out how many calories you need to maintain weight, then eat more, taking into account how much you burn. You can drink whey, but it is no better than your own cheaper shake of ice cream, milk and PB!

Whey protein: Whey protein is good for you but please do not rely on it as a way of replacing a good diet.  The shakes can supplement the other protein, fat, and carbs you eat.
