After than you can see a clinical psychologist for anxiety management.  Modalities such as clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) and biofeedback can be very helpful in this situation. Sounds like a: hangover from the anxiety attack.   This is common because anxiety attacks symptoms are caused by a surge of adrenaline and stress hormones, which have a longer half-life; meaning, they take longer to leave your system.   While they are around, they still create havoc, just less as they break down and are eliminated.   All your symptoms are classic panic attack symptoms.

CBT/RET: speak to a trained certified psychologist for evaluation and treatment with cognitive behavioral therapy  or rational emotive therapy. Counseling works quite well for anxiety.

Anxiety also increases one's sensitivity to physical changes that may amplify these sensations.

You could try over the counter famotidine (acid blocker) to see if helps, as well as prayer &amp; meditation. Definitely see Dr if nausea/vomiting/dizziness/fever/cough or breathing difficulty.

Palpitations?: This type of sensation in the chest is called a palpitation. It is often caused by an extra heart beat(also called ectopic heart beat).
It is best to get an EKG done to find out the true nature of this ectopic as there are two distinct type of ectopics, one considered entirely benign, the other not always benign.
