Part reversible: Peripheral nerve damage is generally reversible and damage to central nervous system is usually not. Unless you have been a strict vegan, had stomach or small intestinal resection, Crohn disease for years, tape worm a few other things, it is unlikely that your disease is due to B12 deficiency. It would be prudent to consult a neurologist.

Meds &amp; side effects: Med intolerance is almost universal in my own family. Thoughts:  1)Liver enzymes of some people are different so they process meds differently. 2)Depression can turn one's focus inwards &amp; amplify side effects (SE). 3)Anxiety can focus attention on SE. 4)Psych meds are notorious for their side effects//Whatever the reason,SE are SE.I've had success prescribing at VERY low doses &amp; increasing SLOWLY.

Cerebritis: Lulus cerebritis is a condition whereby cognition is affected wihout evidence of structural changes on mri.  It is poorly understood and it is not a vasculitis.

Maybe: Cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil) is not known to cause cognitive defects but no one can guarantee that it doesn't. Cognitive problems are more likely due to a separate process or side effects from other medications which you may be taking. The best course would be to return to your transplant center and discuss your issues with a transplant physician familiar with the drugs you are on.
