Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety as you describe depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

i have been having excessive blinking could this be caused by a nervous tic tiredness anxiety or something life threatening i am 16?

Excessive blinking: Can be Fromm anxiety or fatigue as you mention.  It MAY also be from a condition that causes the eyelids to spasms which can be diagnosed and treated by your doc.  Please see him/her.  It is unlikely to be anything life threatening.  If anxiety, a mental health professional can teach you some stress management.  Peace and good health.

Tics: Please see a neurologist; your family doc can refer you.  You MAY have a condition called Tourette's  Syndrome.  If so, you will be taught how to manage it.  Please consider seeing a mental health pro like a clinical psychologist to help w/anxiety.  Peace and good health.

Within these groups there are often one or more that have a special interest in movement disorders. i have a habit of pushing either other fingernails or edges under my thumb nails. it usually gets worse when my anxiety gets worse, but now its getting worse even without anxiety. ive looked into nail tics and none of them seem to discuss it?

Habits and tics: There is no magic medicine nor a simple way of stopping habits or tics. If the only problem is messing with the thumbnails, that is probably best fixed by covering the thumbnails to see if the habit will fade over a few months. Band-Aid brand of flexible fabric bandages are good because they stick well but are not excessively sticky, and they flex to fit thumbs. One can try different sizes.

Ues: Albuterol has those as side effects. If it's a new development since you started, this may indicate other changes in your metabolism. Discuss with your doc and see if there are alternatives to help.
