my 4 month old son is teething very badly he cries most of the time and he goes red from the pain and pulls his hair. i have tried ashton and parsons, calpol, panado even teejel but nothing seems to help. is there anything that you can recommend?

No meds: As frustrating as this may be, it is not recommences did to give children under 6 months of age analgesic medications. Try a cold teething ring. Make an appointment with a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist, for evaluation and suggestions to help you son self-sooth.

i flush quite often  and it has started since a year. i was very social person but now i don't feel like meeting anyone or going out. please help!

Histamine: Have your doctor do an evaluation for causes of flushing, including histamine containing foods and foods that cause histamine release. There are other causes as well. You doctor should do a full evaluation. In the meantime, keep a log of foods that make it worse and avoid those foods.

Who?: Unfortunately you don't know what might be in it unless it was medical mj.  Some are so potent that can be like an hallucinogen.  Its rare to have long term adverse effects but some people have triggered panic and depression.  If you still have symptoms after 1-2 wks see a psychiatrist to evaluate.

Interarticular &quot;joint mice&quot; &amp; meniscal tears can suddenly shift in knee joint causing acute wedges that elicit pain &amp; involuntary loss of leg strength; causing leg to give out; as can sacroiliac joint, SIJ,  disorder, as it suddenly subluxes causing SIJ hyper-rotation &amp; impingement/paresis of the overlying presacral plexus; the sciatic nerve &quot;headwater&quot;.

Their motive may be not to face their insecurity, to feel righteous, to have power and control.

Differences count: Bleeding means some form of tissue injury. Whether it is who or how they pursue the sexual activity something is different. It would be reasonable for you to have an internal exam to look for the site of the injury or any scarring.
