ct of abdomen in february last year. noted: small hypoattenutating hepatic cysts too small to characterize, statistically likely hepatic cysts. dr not  worried. in january after antibiotics and diflucan my alt is 50 from 20 in oct. please help scared?

Recheck LFTs: Mild elevation of liver enzymes are common, so I would not be too concerned. A repeat blood test to recheck the liver enzymes is  the best thing to do.
If there is any further concern, CT scan of the abdomen could be repeated but it will depend on why the first CT scan was done one year back. Do you have history of Cancer in the abdomen? Please provide details of your past medical history.

recently had thrush from antibiotics. took two diflucan and still taking nystatin. thrush has somewhat cleared  but i'm almost finished the nystatin. how long should i wait to see if i need another doctors visit. should i ask them to call in more diflucan

No more nystatin nee: You do not need any more Nystatin if the thrush has cleared which was due to antibiotics.

Not really: Equally effective regardless of time of day.  Meals should not effect efficacy.  Same for Keflex (or other cephalosporins), although it may be slightly less irritating (if you are having any belly discomfort) if taken with meals.

Yes and no: Flagyl is an antibiotic that treats anaerobic bacteria and some parasites.  Diflucan (fluconazole) is an antifungal agent.  Technically that still makes it an 'antibiotic, ' though we usually use that term only for antibacterials.

~6 days: Half-life of fluconazole is 30hrs (range 20-50hrs). Check out http://www.drugs.com/pro/diflucan.html. Medications are considered to be out of body after 5 half-lives or in this case 150hrs or 6+days, assuming 30hrs. Of course, this is affected by your kidney function, in which it could stay in your body longer or be broken down more quickly in less time. Most important is resolving infection

It depends: It depends on the antibiotic but most are gone without a few days after the last dose. You can start the Diflucan even if you are still taking antibiotics.
