Scab: for over a year is very unusual.  It sounds like this is somehow incorporated into your scalp. I would suggest a visit to dermatology to evaluate this lesion.

See gastroenterologi: 6 months of diarrhea suggests colitis or malabsorption.  Get checked out by a gastroenterologist.  You will probably need a colonoscopy.

hey, so from the past 2-3 months i have been having a lot of health problems and have had tablets for all this while. some are antibiotics some are antihistamines. will this eventually harm my body because i'm only 19 and have so many tables?

: Sorry to hear you’ve had such a bout of poor health.  Everything in medicine is risk vs. benefit.  Your tablets are treating something that probably will cause more harm if left untreated, so you were prescribed medication.  Ask your doctor or pharmacist about why you need each medication, any side effects, and whether or not you can eliminate any of the pills and still be healthy.

See one of the Dr.'s: Generally, the rule is that if STD is suspected, the patient gets lab tests done to look for the more common STD's. If confirmed to have an STD, the patient's partner gets tested also, with or without symptoms. If one person got treated and the other did not, the couple should bring all test results to whichever of the two doctors they like the most, and discuss in-person what this all means.

This usually occurs after prolonged cold symptoms, congestion or other complications and is characterized by fever, sinus pain, green/yellow discharge and lack of resolution of symptoms.
