Listen to your Dr.: Antibiotics should always be taken for as long as your doctor tells you to. In most cases, you will take all that you received when you filled the prescription. If you stop early you risk developing resistant bacteria that can be very hard to treat.

YES: Yes.  Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections.  H1N1 is a strain of the influenza virus.  Even if you are taking antibiotics, you can still get infected with a viral infection like influenza.  Getting a yearly flu shot can reduce your risk of getting influenza including the H1N1 strain.
