Which tablets?: Pills for fungus---terbinafine-----are not effective for yeast. Usual yeast pill, fluconazole, is a single dose, sometimes repeated in a week. Yeast is certainly not the only cause of vaginal itch. Fungus is usually not that itchy. So see a GYN or dermatologist. You need to provide precise information about symptoms and about all pills or treatments.

Exam?: Did you see your doctor in person and have swabs taken for diagnosis of the discharge?  This could be about 5 different infections, that require different treatments.  However, if you did receive the correct treatment, and it was only a day or 2 ago, it can take a few days for the symptoms to totally resolve.  Get seen again if you are not improved by day 3-4 of treatment.

You : You must go in and have a complete evaluation including cultures.  This is very important.  There are other possible infections that could cause this and since your symptoms have not improved and are worse with swelling and redness, then you must be seen immediately to be evaluated and treated.

i hav a rash on both arms and knees it itches like crazy! had it for a very long time was told cardboard mites but cnt find them i have tried benadryl (diphenhydramine) spray cream and pill and nothing helps!

Diflcan: Will treat oral thrush as well. Intranasal thrush is not common and likely would only be present is someone with a poor immune system. All the best.
