can anti-inflammatory medications cure hydroceles?

No: The answer is no in general. Hydroceles are due commonly to anatomic problem a persistent opening exist when it shouldn't-congenital hydrocele.These resolve with resolution of the anatomical problem i.e. The spontaneous closure of the opening; rarer is the percent reactive hydroceles: these exist because of trauma/injury-these will resolve with time (nsaids (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories help).

Yes: Any natural anti-inflammatory agent may be helpfull, such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin e, Alpha lipoic acid. Probiotics will help maintain the natural bacterial flora of the GI tract. Dhea may help with cortisol balance.  Most of these can be taken with medications, but before you start any of these or other supplments you need to talk with your doctor to prevent side effects.

PPM and NSAID. : As long as it hasn’t literally just been put in, I do not see the presence of a pacemaker in and of itself is a contraindication to use of anti-inflammatory analgesic medications.

No: Ssri/snri (anti-depressants) and nsaids all interact with platelets. Aspirin also interacts with platelets and can increase risk of bleeding. Being that your are 25 and if otherwise healthy (normal platelets on a CBC - complete blood count).  You should be able to take citalopram with minimal risk.  If you have easy bruising, black stools other signs bleeding contact your doctor and stop ssri.

Tylenol, capsaicin: Paracetamol (aka acetaminophen or Tylenol) is not an anti-inflammatory medication, and it may be used for arthritic pain. Other options are creams containing capsaicin that may be applied to the skin over the joint. You’ll want to mention your plans to your doctor so s/he may take your new medications into account with regard to any other medications you’re taking, now or in future.

Inaccurate: Cardiologists are concerned about inflammatory effects - anti-inflammatory action is considered good. Healthy diet including fish, small amts of alcohol, and olive oil, daily exercise, avoidance of smoking, control of BP, maintenance of normal weight, and, if indicated, use of a statin - are all associated with anti-inflammatory effects. i had a crp lab test done. one of my medications i take is an anti inflammatory (meloxicam). my question is, will the meloxicam affect the results?

Unlikely: CRP as a test has limited value. Why did you do this test in the first place???. Your doctor who ordered this test can advise you better.
