i got my liver enzymes tested because i wanted to take an anti-fungal medication and one of my enzymes were high. is it dangerous? i dont understand why its high since i dont drink and i am an athlete and eat healthy.

Not sure: It depends on how high.There are multiple reasons some may be high such as you mentioned alcohol,drugs,obesity and fatty liver,viruses,etc.
Sometimes with illnesses they can be transiently elevated.Sometimes they may be just up a few points and that usually is nothing to worry about,just recheck them.3 times normal is not good and need to find the cause etc.Therefore what is the clinical context?

what anti-fungal for vaginal thrush can i take that is compatible with sertraline (zoloft) as i am currently taking 50mg daily of this medication? in the past, i have used fluconazole but it appears this is incompatible with sertraline?

: The risk level is low, but to be safest the combination should be avoided because of increased risk of hearth rhythm problems. Treatment with vaginal azole cream or insert (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc) is equally effective as oral fluconazole and would be entirely safe while taking sertraline. (All vaginal azoles are equally effective. You can choose the least expensive.)

vaginal burning.  do not have diabetes.  constant burn.  worse at night.  doc prescribed augmentin after several failed anti fungals. antibiotic made it worse. please advise specifically what test the gynae doc should do to prescribe right medication?

: Isn't this a repeat question? Yeast infection is likely, the main thing that causes vulvar itching and worse with antibiotics like amoxicillin. Get checked for resistant yeast or try one of the alternate treatments. If your gyn isn't familiar, ask for referral to a gyn who is, or to an infectious disease or genitourinary medicine expert.
