Yes.: However, they don't take the place of a well balanced diet, exercise. stress management, good sleep hygiene, avoiding toxic substances such as alcohol, illegal drugs,abuse of certain prescription drugs, too much exposure to sun,  healthy relationships and spiritual life.

Healthful foods: I don't like the term anti-aging, as nothing stops aging, but a healthy diet will slow the aging process. The foods considered best for this are organic fruits & vegies, spices, nuts, seeds & healthy protein sources. Just as important is avoiding foods that accelerate aging, esp. Sugars, processed grains & fried foods. I would choose organic foods when possible, esp. If you eat meats/eggs/dairy.

Antioxidants - natural or supplements like selenium. Vitamin d3 supplements 1000 u daily. And the least but not the last, have a positive attitude

This is done through a healthy diet, exercising, avoiding harmful behaviors like smoking, and yes there are certain products which will promote healthier aging: skin creams, supplements, anti-oxidants, etc.   You are never too young to start, though most do not consider this topic much before 30 - 35.
