Diagnosis critical: There don't seem to be many physicians who have skills in diagnosing back disease.  Some rheumatologists and some physiatrists and some orthopedic surgeons, but the findings you describe are probably not the cause or related to the pain.

Osteoarthritis: Unless you're experiencing significant nerve impingement symptoms from the radiculopathy such as radiating pain, numbness,weakness in your upper extremities, especially on the left side, treatment for moderate levels of discomfort in your neck would be anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen, Soft neck collar,physical therapy, corticosteroid injections. Surgery for severe symptoms.

Injections w/ PT: Sorry to hear about your pain. If conservative treatment had already failed, i would consider epidural steroid injections along with physical therapy. It may free you up to get more out of pt. Avoid high velocity manipulation w those osteophytes. Also avoid surgery as long as possible. If epidural does not help at all, may be facet related, blocks with subsequent rfa may benefit from well.

Early arthritis: Not sure why a 34yo has these problems. Your description of X-ray sounds like back spasm causing some local splinting and curvature,not classic scoliosis. Osteophytes typically seen in degenerative arthritis. Do you have autoimmune disease? Lupus? Psoriasis? Rheumatoid?

: Physical therapy does NOT cause any changes in height, and indeed could likely improve your posture.  It will help with pain and stiffness, and improve range of motion.  Instruction in stabilizing exercises will be added when appropriate.

As seen above since 2015 all physical  therapists need  to  have a doctorate ( i.e. doctor of physical  therapy). . Sometimes a PTA- physical  therapist assistant works under the physical therapist doing the exercises with patients.

what kind of treatment or surgery to fix bone spurs?

Depends: Treatment is directed at what is the cause of the spur. Is it biomechanical: orthotics would be helpful. Is it due to a tight shoe: change shoes.  Is it due to a deformity of some kind. Then this should be addressed. Palliative treatment, including injections can be done. Surgery to remove spur can be performed if indicated.
