Inflammation: The synovium is the tissue that lines a joint capsule, when it becomes inflamed you can get a synovitis.  Basically when a young child presents with severe hip pain and no injury, some considerations include an infection in the hip joint or a toxic synovitis.  Toxic synovitis can proceed or be concurrent with a generalized viral illness and usually resolves spontaneosly.  NSAIDs and rest help

Sorry: but eventually you are more likely than not to require a form of hip replacement since there is no treatment for AVN of the hip.  Best bet is to start to investigate where this will be performed! I strongly suggest an academic teaching center affiliated hospital and a surgeon who does MANY of these procedures annually!!!

i had surgery on my femur and i had my hip put back in and was put on hip precautions three months ago and i just left the hospital a month ago is it ok to sleep on a air mattress?

PCOS has many issues: Polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) is a metabolic disorder. Often women: ovulate infrequently, are overweight/obese, have difficulty getting pregnant, have acne/facial hair, Insulin resistance with higher risk of diabetes. First line treatment is hormonal birth control (pills-patch-ring). Treatment lowers risk of painful rupture and ovarian loss. Using metformin (diabetes drug) may help fertility.

Maybe: More common to have pain the the posterior area. In the anterior area the cause may be a too tight belt, too tight underwear or your posture in sitting.

Postural assessment: See your chiropractor, physical therapist or osteopath that specializes in osteopathic manipulative medicine. You need a structural evaluation and spinal alignment....And you may need a heel lift and shoe orthotic.

Stretching?: Are you stretching as part of your warmup?
The anterior hip flexors (the muscles the make your thigh come up when you high step) attach on the front of your  thigh and on the back of your abdominal cavity. Those stretches you learned in elementary school PE class are worth revisiting! Stretch before and after your runs as part of your warm up and cool down

Gait training: The goal is to increase strength in the affected leg and improve range of motion.  Therapy usually lasts 4-6 weeks and there are usually no restrictions.

You need to ask: It would be helpful if there was a web site information but there isn/t. Hip replacement can be done from the front or back, but there is no list of who does it which way.  The best thing you can do is get a list of of who has the best reputation for joint replacement and then call each one and see who does it from the front or back.
